These rules are binding on all Members of KENSIN MUSIC. By submitting application to become a Member, the Applicant agrees to be bound by these rules (as may from time to time be in force) upon becoming a Member of KENSIN MUSIC

Membership

1. Persons wishing to apply to become Members must complete the application form. KENSIN MUSIC reserves the right to reject any application for membership in its sole discretion and without giving any reasons.
2. An Applicant must complete all mandatory fields on the application form in full and the Applicant must provide true and accurate information. KENSIN MUSIC will not process incomplete or inaccurate forms.
3. Applicants submit their application cannot select a Login Name or Password that violates any persons rights or one that in KENSIN MUSIC opinion is offensive, improper or inappropriate. If an Applicant or Member does select such a Login Name or Password. KENSIN MUSIC owns the right to modify or delete it.
4. KENSIN MUSIC reserves absolute right to modify KENSIN MUSIC structure, benefits and rules, in KENSIN MUSIC soles discretion and may notify Members of such amendments in any manner as it considers fit. The Members will be bound by such amendments upon which the amendments are to take effect.
5. Misconduct, fraud, misuse of KENSIN MUSIC benefits or failure to follow these Rules may result in the immediate termination of membership. KENSIN MUSIC reserves absolute right with or without notice to terminate any Members membership. KENSIN MUSIC will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
6. Members have no right to participate in the constitution, operation or management of KENSIN MUSIC nor any right in or any claim or any assets of KENSIN MUSIC.
7. If you are under 13, you should not submit any personal data to us without consent from your parent or guardian.

1. Members will obtain update news and privileges of KENSIN MUSIC through e-mail.
2. Members are responsible for keeping update on their correct e-mail address. KENSIN MUSIC is not responsible for any loss as a result of a Members failure to notify KENSIN MUSIC a change of e-mail address.
3. Not all Members will be eligible to participate in all Promotions and KENSIN MUSIC may from time to time impose age and other limitation on the rights of Members to participate in any particular Promotion. Members taking part in any Promotion shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by any specific terms and conditions which may be imposed by KENSIN MUSIC in relatioin to such facilities and services.
